Our FSCs are committed to providing accessible, culturally sensitive, and client-centered services to empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and lead fulfilling lives. Whether through individual counseling, group support, or community engagement, the FSCs strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

Responsibilities: • Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to case workers. To co-work with case workers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards supporting the familys needs. • Provide logistics and administrative support for FSC programmes and operations • Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients

Requirements: • Diploma in Social Work/in relevant discipline • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Good Team Player
