Precast Engineer

Job Description

1. Responsible for the Management, inclusive of Operations, Project Management and QA/QC, etc.
2. Manage Planning, Production, Logistics as well as raw materials, machinery, equipment and manpower, etc.
3. Manage the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
4. Ensure workplace safety and health; enforce safety measures at all times
5. Implement and manage continuous improvement on manufacturing processes and recommend changes through staff training and workplace practices
6. Manage and oversee QA/QC processes and documentation including all relevant certification and approval
7. Provide leadership and motivation to the team on day-to-day operations
8. Waste control and increase production capabilities
9. Ability to read and understand design drawings

Requirement

1. A degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with Contractors, Consultants and all level of staff.
4. Good organizational and time management skills.
5. Added advantage for candidate who possesses related working experience in Precast Design, ICPH or Automation projects in construction related technologies.
