Construction Site Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing daily operations on a construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications and regulations. Job Title:

Project Manager Job Summary The Construction Site Supervisor coordinates and supervises construction activities on-site, manages workers and subcontractors, monitors progress, enforces safety standards, and ensures quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision Oversee daily construction activities and workforce operations. Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. Ensure work is performed according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor project schedules and track progress against milestones. Safety Management Enforce workplace health and safety regulations. Conduct site safety inspections and toolbox meetings. Identify and address potential hazards and unsafe work practices. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Quality Control Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Verify materials and workmanship meet project requirements. Resolve on-site technical issues and construction defects. Coordinate inspections with consultants and regulatory authorities. Resource Management Schedule labor, equipment, and materials efficiently. Monitor material deliveries and inventory levels. Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly. Control site costs and minimize waste. Communication & Reporting Maintain daily site records and progress reports. Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders. Attend project meetings and coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients. Report delays, incidents, and potential risks promptly. Qualifications
Technical qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field. Relevant construction site supervision experience (typically 3-10 years depending on project size). Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in project management and reporting tools. Required Skills
Leadership and team management. Problem-solving and decision-making. Time management and organizational skills. Communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Conflict resolution and negotiation. Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices. Working Conditions
