Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the validation activities during Commissioning & Qualification stage for Singapore greenfield site and be responsible for validation status maintenance after release.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of validation management procedures.
• Responsible for drafting or revising of validation SOPs/ protocols / summary reports of process equipment, controlled temperature units, facilities, clean utilities, cleaning validation, shipping validation etc.
• Lead or support the creation / revision of risk assessment before validation/qualification.
• Organize, coordinate, execute / support the validation/qualification activities in order.
• Lead in variation / deviation investigation, analysis and change assessment during validation/qualification.
• Perform other tasks as and when assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or other related discipline.
• Min 6 years of working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or validation.
• Familiar with requirements of validation according to regulations of FDA, NMPA, EMA, ICH GMP, ISPE and PDA etc.
• Familiar with qualification of facility / utility / equipment / instrument, process validation, cleaning validation, computer system validation or shipping validation.
• Hands-on experience in execution of temperature mapping test using thermal validator equipment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to read and converse in Chinese is a plus.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment as well as collaborate with others in a team.
• Be careful, conscientious and meticulous in duties or work.
• Display a good working attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow leadership directives.
• Be open to adhoc temporary work assignments, including overtime on weekends or weekdays, and other roles as required during project peak period.
