Help build the technology behind Claritri
Claritri is building an AI platform that helps enterprises decide what technology to invest in, fix, reduce, or retire. Large organizations spend hundreds of millions, and sometimes billions, on software, hardware, vendors, contracts, cloud services, projects, and other technology. Yet it remains difficult for leaders to see what is creating value, what is creating risk, where money is being wasted, and where investment should go next. Claritri brings this evidence together. Our platform uses AI to analyze complex technology estates and help companies uncover capital, reduce risk, simplify their environment, and redirect investment toward growth. We believe this can become an important new category of enterprise technology.
And we are still early.
The opportunity
We are looking for one of our first senior technical leaders to join the Claritri team in Singapore.
You will work closely with our CTO and founding team to build the core platform, make important architectural decisions, and help establish the engineering practices and technical foundations that Claritri will scale on. This is not a role where you simply manage engineers or maintain an established product.
We need someone who still loves building. You should be comfortable moving between architecture, backend services, frontend experiences, data models, AI workflows, cloud infrastructure, security, code reviews, debugging, and production releases. At this stage of the company, titles matter less than ownership. You will have a meaningful influence on the product, architecture, engineering culture, and technical team we build around you.
What you will work on
You will help us build a sophisticated multi-tenant enterprise SaaS and AI platform spanning:
• React and TypeScript user experiences
• C# and ASP.NET Core backend services and APIs
• PostgreSQL, Firestore, object storage, and enterprise data ingestion
• AI agents, LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, and document intelligence
• Complex analytics, workflows, dashboards, relationship visualizations, and executive outputs
• Secure enterprise authentication, authorization, RBAC, tenant isolation, and auditability
• Background processing, queues, workers, retries, and distributed workflows
• Google Cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability, and production operations
You will own major capabilities from technical design through production.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with substantial experience building real production software.
Ideally, you have 12+ years of engineering experience, although we care more about what you have built and the level of technical responsibility you have carried than an exact number of years.
You should have strong hands-on experience with:
• C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern backend architecture
• React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and complex web applications
• PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
• Cloud-native SaaS platforms and production operations
• Application security, authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC
• Distributed and asynchronous processing
• Automated testing and production-quality engineering practices
• Git, GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and modern CI/CD workflows
You should also have experience making architectural decisions, reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong in production.
AI experience
Claritri is an AI-native product, so experience building production AI capabilities is highly valuable.
We are particularly interested in experience with:
• LLM APIs
• AI agents and tool calling
• Retrieval-augmented generation
• Structured outputs
• Document processing and grounding
• AI evaluations
• Guardrails and human approval workflows
• Managing hallucination, prompt injection, sensitive-data exposure, latency, reliability, token usage, and AI operating costs
You do not need to be an AI researcher.
You do need to understand how to turn rapidly evolving AI technology into reliable enterprise software.
