We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Enablement team and drive company-wide developer productivity. You will build and evolve internal platforms, services, and toolchains that power engineering workflows across Motional.
In this role, you will partner closely with teams across the organization to identify systemic bottlenecks, design scalable, self‑service developer platforms that reduce cognitive load, streamline CI/CD workflows, and enable teams to move from code to production with speed and confidence.
Your primary focus will be our internal developer platform and productivity tooling, enabling engineers to ship reliable, high‑quality code faster and more efficiently.
