Job Description As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap. Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to deliver meaningful customer and business outcome

- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to cross-functional teams.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality products on time

- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.

- Drive structured discovery and validation to ensure features solve real problems

- Plan and manage delivery timelines using agile methodologies, including maintaining product documentation, specification and user stories

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with over 8 years experience in product management

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

- Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.

- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools for decision-making.

- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to align product roadmap with overall company goals.

- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
