About DigiFT:

DigiFT is a next-generation exchange for the tokenization, issuance, distribution, and trading of institutional-grade real-world assets (RWAs). Incorporated in Singapore in 2021, DigiFT was built on a single conviction: that institutional investors deserve access to the world's best on-chain financial instruments, through a platform that meets the regulatory standard they require.

Today, DigiFT is the most comprehensively regulated exchange of its kind — licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Recognised Market Operator and Capital Markets Services provider and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) regulated activities. This dual regulatory standing is rare in the digital assets space, and it is foundational to how we operate.

We sit at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain — bringing institutional-grade asset classes on-chain within a fully regulated framework. Our current product suite spans tokenized money market funds, tokenized gold, private credit and pre-IPO equity access, with coverage continuing to expand.

DigiFT operates as a smart contract-based, non-custodial platform, serving accredited and institutional investors across Singapore and Hong Kong.

About the Team:

The marketing team is Singapore-based and operates as a lean, high-output function. We work across content, communications, events, executive thought leadership, demand generation, sales enablement, and paid media — supporting both institutional business development and product positioning in a complex, regulated environment.

You will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with research, product, and business development teams. This is a hands-on role in a small team — you’ll get exposure to the full marketing function early, build judgment through daily practice, and see the direct impact of your work, with guidance and mentorship from the Marketing Director along the way.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who can write well, think clearly about audience and positioning, and help bring an event to life. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director for guidance and direction, while taking real ownership of your day-to-day execution. In this role you will be expected to produce high-quality brand and thought leadership content and hold a high bar for what goes out under the DigiFT name.

A significant part of the role is also cross-functional. Marketing at DigiFT sits at the centre of the organisation — you will be a regular interface between product, business development, compliance, and the leadership team. This means translating product developments into market narratives, supporting the sales pipeline with the right materials and messaging, navigating compliance requirements without losing clarity or impact, and keeping senior stakeholders aligned on what we are saying and why. The ability to manage these relationships well — with credibility, professionalism, and good judgment — is as important as the content itself.

Our audience is institutional — CFOs, treasury managers, family offices, asset managers — but our product is built on blockchain infrastructure that most of them are still working to understand. Translating that gap clearly and credibly, without oversimplifying or overclaiming, is the core challenge of this role.

If you have found traditional financial services marketing too slow, too templated, or too far removed from the actual product — and you are looking for a role where that changes — this is likely a good fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Execute the content calendar across social media, community channels, and the company blog, with guidance from the Marketing Director
  • Produce and edit content across formats — LinkedIn posts, newsletters, product updates, event write-ups, and supporting copy for campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Director on selected thought leadership pieces, including research, drafting, and editing
  • Repurpose and distribute content across channels to maximise reach and engagement
  • Coordinate with external contractors and agencies on content production as needed

Event Marketing

  • Own end-to-end execution for side events and conference participations — including logistics, collateral, promotion, on-site coordination, and post-event content
  • Support the Marketing Director on flagship events including DigiFT's annual CAPITALX conference, handling operational and production elements
  • Manage event materials: invitations, run-of-show documents, speaker briefs, social assets, and post-event recaps

Communications & PR

  • Support the Marketing Director on corporate communications and media relations, ensuring consistency of messaging across channels
  • Draft press releases, media briefings, and spokesperson materials for review and approval
  • Monitor industry news and flag opportunities for timely commentary or positioning
  • Execute email marketing campaigns — from copywriting and design to scheduling and performance tracking
  • Produce sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, factsheets, and product briefs in support of the business development team
  • Maintain and update marketing materials to reflect the latest product developments and messaging
  • Support paid media execution on selected campaigns, working within budgets and briefs set by the Marketing Director

Design & Creative Production

  • Produce social graphics, event assets, and presentation materials
  • Brief and provide quality control to the Shenzhen design team or external vendors, ensuring output meets brand standards
  • Manage video production with the existing freelancer — briefs, timelines, review cycles

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between marketing and product, business development, and compliance teams
  • Manage inbound content and collateral requests, prioritising and turning them around efficiently
  • Keep relevant stakeholders updated on campaign and content timelines

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years in content marketing, communications, or a closely related role
  • A strong, precise writer who can calibrate tone and complexity for different audiences — from institutional investors to industry peers
  • Genuine interest in capital markets and a fast learner — you don’t need to already understand yield, liquidity, settlement, and risk in depth, but you’re motivated to build that fluency quickly
  • Some event marketing experience — supporting logistics, collateral, or on-site coordination for an owned event or conference participation
  • AI tools embedded as a habitual part of your daily workflow — for research, drafting, and ideation (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI)
  • Design-literate: comfortable in Canva or equivalent, with an eye for layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on small team — proactive and detail-oriented, with the confidence to make day-to-day calls and the judgment to know when to flag something up

Preferred:

  • Background in asset management, institutional finance, or capital markets — with genuine curiosity about how blockchain is changing that landscape
  • Some exposure to writing in an executive or leadership-facing context — even as a supporting contributor rather than the lead author
  • Familiarity with the RWA or tokenization space — through your own reading, not just industry exposure
  • Some exposure to working alongside external agencies, freelancers, or vendors
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage given our regional presence

Why join DigiFT?

  • Work at the frontier of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — before it becomes mainstream
  • Strong visibility across the organisation, with regular exposure to senior leadership and the founding team
  • A regulated, credible platform — not a speculative project
  • Small team, high ownership: your work is visible and your judgment matters
  • Dual-regulated across Singapore and Hong Kong — rare in this space
