About the Role
Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading professional services firm to appoint a Senior HR Advisor based in Singapore. This opportunity is suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful people solutions.
As a trusted Senior HR Advisor, you will support a broad range of HR initiatives, providing advisory support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to the continued development of HR processes, policies, and programs.
Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive HR advisory support to managers and employees across a range of people-related matters
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent initiatives
- Manage employee relations cases and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices
- Support performance management processes, talent reviews, and career development initiatives
- Assist with organizational change projects and HR transformation activities as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives where required
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance standards
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting to support business decision-making
Key skills required
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within legal, professional services, or consultancy environments
- Current or recent experience at Senior HR Advisor level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred
