You will support the business with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Working under general guidance, you’ll handle moderately complex analyses, help the team track performance, and contribute to planning activities like budgeting and forecasting.

You’ll apply your financial knowledge to interpret data, solve problems, and provide insights that support decision‑making. You’ll also work with different stakeholders, helping explain financial information clearly even to non‑finance partners.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform moderately complex financial analyses to support department management
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports
  • Provide insights on performance, trends, and key drivers
  • Helping in global consolidation of supply chain spending
  • Apply Automation and AI to streamline reconciliations, reporting refreshes, narrative drafting, and exception analysis; implement validation steps (tie outs, reperformance, sampling) and document assumptions and outputs.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts across key areas
  • Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing planning cycles
  • Contribute to expense, service fee, staffing, and statistical reporting

Problem Solving & Decision Support

  • Investigate and resolve varied, non‑routine financial issues
  • Use past experience and data to identify the best course of action
  • Conduct analysis to understand issues and recommend improvements
  • Work under general direction while managing ambiguity and clarifying problems when needed

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders, including non‑finance audiences
  • Support discussions that may require alignment or influencing decisions
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather inputs and resolve issues

Execution & Ownership

  • Plan and manage your own work to meet deadlines and business needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust your approach where needed
  • Contribute to team performance and, where required, help coordinate junior team members
  • Understand and apply company policies, processes, and procedures in your work

The foundation skills you’ll need:

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
