Retail Design Intern – Moët Hennessy Singapore

We are thrilled to announce the opening for a 6‑month Retail Design Intern in our Singapore office. The role requires a full‑time schedule of five days a week.

Job Responsibilities

• Design Management Support
• Manage the retail design material library and samples with the team & contractors
• Support & maintain POSM and Props inventory management
• Generate & manage report documentations for store opening and renovations
• Maintain tracker of POSM and Props inventory. Work with Retail marketing team on POSM orders
• Manage & maintain the retail design SharePoint – archive all retail design projects (VM & PM)
• Raise retail design related PO for the team and update the PO tracker
• Manage and raise new vendor creation profiles
• Attend bi‑weekly meetings with Central team & create recap for follow‑up
• Generate & manage report documentations for store opening and renovations
• Support on shipments for new VM elements

Intern Experience

• End‑to‑end retail project lifecycle (concept – production – installation)
• Travel Retail constraints (operators, airport environments, high traffic formats)
• Balance between creativity, cost, and execution speed
• Real‑world stakeholder management

Profile

• Undergraduate with a background in Architecture, Interior and Environment Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Business Administration
• Passionate, proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time, projects and processes efficiently
• Self‑driven, meticulous and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Keen interest in a career in Retail Design or Project Management
