B. Braun Singapore P.L. is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our market presence and strengthen customer partnerships in the cardiovascular sector. This onsite role requires expertise in healthcare sales and a passion for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver the allocated budget while ensuring a healthy contribution margin in line with company guidelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular meetings, calls, and emails, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Represent B. Braun at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to strengthen brand presence.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and specifications, and provide accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitor insights to advise on product developments, promotions, and future buying trends.
Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, and company SOPs; manage order progress, resolve customer complaints, and monitor account receivables.
What You Will Bring
Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Healthcare, Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Sciences or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales (medical devices or pharma); fresh graduates with a strong interest in medical sales are also welcome.
Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; advantage if familiar with SAP and Salesforce.
Ability to support cases within the cath lab when required.
