Overview

Senior Executive/Executive, Sales – Cardiovascular

B. Braun Singapore P.L. is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our market presence and strengthen customer partnerships in the cardiovascular sector. This onsite role requires expertise in healthcare sales and a passion for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver the allocated budget while ensuring a healthy contribution margin in line with company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular meetings, calls, and emails, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Represent B. Braun at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to strengthen brand presence.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and specifications, and provide accurate quotations and cost calculations.
• Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitor insights to advise on product developments, promotions, and future buying trends.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, and company SOPs; manage order progress, resolve customer complaints, and monitor account receivables.

What You Will Bring

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Healthcare, Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Sciences or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales (medical devices or pharma); fresh graduates with a strong interest in medical sales are also welcome.
• Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; advantage if familiar with SAP and Salesforce.
• Ability to support cases within the cath lab when required.
