Our client is a renowned Singapore real estate development company with businesses spanning across Singapore and Asia.

The Role:

Reporting to Managing Director, Retail, the incumbent’s responsibilities cover both operations and leasing activities of the assets under management; with reporting teams of people in mainly 3 functions: Leasing, Marketing Communications and Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Involve in defining overall Centre strategy and execute strategy to ensure key targets are met
  • Lead the team to ensure smooth operations of the Centre
  • Day to day responsibilities to manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the Centre
  • Collaborate with Asset Management team to manage asset’s infrastructure, standards and presentation
  • Develop plans for team activities to achieve agreed targets
  • Prepare and present management reports for monthly reporting
  • Manage, plan and drive the Centre's P&L
  • Keep abreast of new-to-market/ retail market scene and recommend new ideas / prospects for implementation
  • Build and maintain cordial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant field
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience; those with both real estate and hospitality or attractions background will be highly preferred
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise and organise work activities
  • Good and positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
