THE ROLE

This position plays a key role in enhancing the reliability and quality of Isola's products. The primary responsibilities are performing reliability testing on internal production evaluation and customer product tests

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform reliability testing to evaluate product performance and durability.
  • Perform CAF testing with significant care and attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to testing standards.
  • Organizing and executing CAF testing of test vehicles.
  • Document testing results, outlining findings in the reports on test results.
  • Maintain thorough and organized records of test plans, results, and any other relevant documentation.
  • Perform reflow processing with a controlled thermal profile.
  • Keep test equipment clean and in good operating condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure good housekeeping in the working area.
  • Be responsible for efficient, timely, and accurate reliability testing service with accountability for objectives, schedules, and work performed.
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary school qualification (or equivalent international qualification) such as O-Level, ITE, or above

REQUIREMENT – (1) KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Fresh school leavers are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ work experience in a laboratory or industrial environment.
  • Experience in reliability testing, cross-section preparation, and analysis with Microscopy would be a strong advantage.
  • A background in PCB testing is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

QUIREMENT – (2) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player and positive working attitude; strong initiative, sense of responsibility, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to support overtime when needed.
