• Perform administrative duties including filing and documentation
• Maintain and organise files in the Registry
• Conduct stock-taking and assist in the destruction of files
• Retrieve files from compactors for digitising and return them after digitisation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Physically fit to carry and move files
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
