Your Job As an Inspector – Quality (NPI), you will support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by performing quality inspections on products and components to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Our Team You will be part of the Quality team in Molex Singapore, supporting NPI projects and working closely with production, engineering, and quality stakeholders. What You Will Do Perform in‑process and final inspections for assembly products based on inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions Inspect workmanship, cosmetic, dimensional, and functional quality of parts and assemblies Operate basic inspection and measuring equipment such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection tools Identify, segregate, and report non‑conforming products in accordance with quality procedures Record inspection results accurately and maintain proper quality documentation for audits and traceability Support quality improvement activities, containment actions, and re‑inspection when required Provide feedback on recurring defects or process issues to support continuous improvement Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Minimum secondary education or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality inspection within the electronics or manufacturing industry Basic knowledge of parts inspection and use of measuring equipment Able to follow work instructions, inspection plans, and quality procedures What Will Put You Ahead Experience using OGP SmartScope or similar measurement systems Prior exposure to NPI or assembly quality inspection SPC training or operator certification programs At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. For all working shifts except for 3T2S shift, Sunday shall be a rest day and all other non-working days shall be off days. For 3T2S shift, rest day and off days are as per working schedule.9. The employee will be provided with uniforms where required. The employee will be covered under the Company's insurance plan. The payment of any salary shall be subject to withholding and/or deduction for your Central Provident Fund ('CPF') contribution and any other statutory contribution as may be required under applicable laws. CPF Website: The employee (or their families) should not pay any recruitment fee, deposit, bonds, other valuable personal possessions in lieu of fees, or employment fee to be paid to the employer, supplier, labor recruiter or employment agency to keep their job including any government levies. The employee will not pay transportation and lodging expenses from the home to host country.
