As a Project Manager at ROOTS Communications Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects. Reporting to the Vice President, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full‑time role is based in the Kallang Central Region.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate contingency plans.
• Coordinate the work of cross‑functional teams, including sales, technical team, etc.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Networking Engineer, preferably in the SI/tech industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Fundamental knowledge of enterprise IP networks, such as routing, switching, and Wi‑Fi, is a requisite.
• Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies.
• Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, PMP, Scrum Master, or a related field certification.
