Roles & Responsibilities
Description
You will be part of the project team to support the successful execution of projects. This role involves hands-on site coordination, technical support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our installations are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
• Support the Project Manager and Project Team to manage projects.
• Responsible for coordinating and executing tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor project timelines, conduct site measurements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies where necessary.
Technical Skills and Competencies
• Degree in Engineering and related fields with 1 – 3 years of work experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Diploma in Engineering and related fields with 5 – 7 years of work experience.
• Basic Network and IT troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
• Keen to learn new skills and have strong adaptability
• Able to work under pressure
• Skill in preparing project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Good written and verbal skills.
