• Machine Operation:
  • Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently.
• Production Process Monitoring:
  • Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

  • Report any major equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance team or supervisor for further action.
• Quality Control:

  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow safety procedures for handling machinery and materials.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Complete production reports and other required documentation as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records of materials and supplies used in production.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with other production operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

• Education:

  • Experience operating in high mixed low volume in a production setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
