Job Descriptions:
1. Custom design of Probe Cards for wafer level testing based on Cantilever and Vertical technology.
2 Execute the feasibility analysis of a new probe card design and prepare layout for customer approval in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for the on-time delivery of projects while maintaining good design quality.
4. Interact with various local and international engineering departments.
5. Improvement of the design of new or existing products and updating product design specifications. 6. Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed engineering drawings.
7. Support Senior Engineer on other Design adhoc activities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in probe card design or application, hardware board level design, test interface design, semiconductor test or semiconductor product engineering.
- Diploma or higher in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Skills: Knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling tools with experience in AutoCAD drafting & schematic interpretation (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
