Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate store team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Manage daily store operations, manpower planning, inventory control and housekeeping Drive store sales performance and monitor KPIs, CRM and store profitability Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and visual merchandising standards Review sales performance regularly and implement action plans for improvement Handle customer orders, fulfilment, returns and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with Area Manager on operational improvements and business strategies Conduct staff performance reviews and support team development and career progression Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate store documentation Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations Job Requirements Diploma or above with relevant retail management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Good sales, customer service and operational management capabilities Able to analyse sales performance and drive KPIs Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays Benefits Annual wage supplement Two rest days a week Quarterly Product Allowance OOB license renewal reimbursement Training and OJT will be provided Continuing education program approved by OOB Medical benefits What's in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your jobtitle.
