Job PurposeThe Technical Director, Electrical is expected to be a pivotal role model in raising Ramboll’s profile in Singapore, introducing new clients and strengthening existing relationships within the business area.
As a key member of the Singapore management team, the Technical Director, Electrical supports the delivery of the strategy and annual business plan for the unit, in alignment with the overall priorities for Ramboll Buildings and wider activities across APAC, while providing leadership to employees.
The Technical Director, Electrical is expected to act as a role model for technical competence, the implementation of robust processes, professional governance, and a high‑performance culture, while excelling in project delivery for local teams. Furthermore, the Technical Director generates and supports new business opportunities and is expected to collaborate with market leadership in Singapore and other group members to function as an integral part of the APAC team.
Finally, the Technical Director, Electrical will adopt and contribute to a common project acquisition and technical delivery method to be employed as a spearhead within the APAC region.
