My client is an established gaming development company looking to venture into the gaming merchandise/collectables retail sector!

Your new role

In this newly created business vertical, you will be the sole member to spearhead retail operations in Singapore. You will lead the establishment of local operational teams, including site selection, store openings, and all store-related activities. You will implement sales targets, take responsibility of P&L, set strategic direction for all stores to ensure operational efficiency, consistency and productivity. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, and be part of the hiring and training of new team members.

What youll need to succeed

At least 3 years of retail operations experience, preferably an enthusiast in gaming collectables.
