A highly established consumer services group is seeking a commercially oriented Operations Director to lead the operations and performance of one of its key brands. The organisation enjoys a strong employer reputation, long-standing employee loyalty, and maintains strong international presence.

Depending on experience and scope alignment, suitable candidates may also be considered for a hands-on General Manager–level appointment with direct operational responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead all Center Leaders across the Singapore network and the central Customer Service team, with full operational oversight across locations. Acting as the senior operational leader for the brand, you will ensure consistent service delivery, strong governance and an excellent customer experience across the centres, while operating with the financial accountability and discipline of a business owner.

Leading the P&L and overall performance of the network, you will oversee the full enrolment funnel, ensuring effective management of enquiries and conversion processes. Working closely with the marketing team and center leaders, you will strengthen customer experience and enrolment outcomes by mapping and refining the customer journey across all touchpoints, while overseeing the central customer service function to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and operational processes continue to improve across the network.

Requirements

Candidates have over 18 years’ experience, with a strong track record managing multi-location operations while balancing operational leadership with commercial outcomes. You may come from any industries such as education, healthcare, telecommunications, retail networks, hospitality, service apartments or other consumer-facing service businesses. Individuals who have managed several centre or branch leaders, and are comfortable driving both operational performance and customer growth across a distributed network will also be well suited to this role.
