Job Title: Operations Manager (Construction) Work Location: Island wide Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $6,500 - $ 8,000 Work Week: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects and site operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction workflows, manpower, resources, and safety regulations with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational aspects of construction projects
  • Manage and supervise site managers, supervisors,and workers
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely and cost-effective completion
  • Handle resource allocation, work schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, BCA, MOM,and regulatory standards
  • Lead and manage operational teams, enhancing productivity and quality
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and communication
  • Assist in tendering, budgeting, and procurement processes
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently
  • Oversee Work Permit, BCA CRS and related authority submissions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering,Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry
  • All Kind of Administration task like Invoicing,Quotation ,Tender Preparation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of BCA, MOM, and workplace safety regulations
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and construction management tools
  • Class 3 driving license preferred
