As a Stylist, you are responsible for implementing a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Show a thorough understanding and drive sales through the sharing of Levi Strauss & Companys history and heritage

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge

• Provide exceptional customer service to every Levis® Store customer, meet SEAMS expectation to deliver Mystery Shopper results as well as promote and drive Red Tab Membership Program

• Meet established store sales and key performance indicators (KPI)

• Comply with Levis® Stores Operating Procedures including but not limited to store opening, closing, cash handling, stock receiving, housekeeping

• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs

• Perform replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed

• Maintain store appearance in accordance with Levis®Stores visual presentation standards and product care

• Perform alterations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least an Olevel qualification

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts

• Have a good command of English

• Passionate in retail and customer service

• Sales driven and self-motivated

• Comfortable to work in an environment where standing, squatting, bending and lifting is required
