Job Description:

Were looking for our third (Human) Member of Technical Staff specializing in AI engineering. Were seeking sharp engineers who value high-quality code, thrive in collaborative teams, and are excited by rapid innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engineer voice agents using our proprietary voice agent framework
• Maintain and develop our voice agent framework
• Enhance and improve our text and email agents
• Develop custom performance and quality evaluations for our agents

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of full time professional, non-internship experience in fullstack, backend, or AI engineering
• Experience with backend development (Python)
• Experience integrating language models into AI applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
• Bonus points if you are experienced with voice frameworks (e.g. LiveKit) and are able to clearly articulate the differences between model and geographic latency
• Bonus points if you are able to name at least 3 Text-to-Speech providers, understand the differences between the various TTS providers, are able to stack rank them in terms of quality and performance, and understand the nuances of each model
• Bonus points if you have worked with semantic VAD or experimented with advanced noise cancelling technologies.
