## Mechanical & Electrical Resident Technical OfficerApplylocations: NUS Site Btime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Agojob requisition id: JR100726**Project Location: NUS****Job Description:*** Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.* Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.* Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.* Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.* Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.* Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.* Maintain site records.* Estimated commencement of work in January 2026.**Requirements:*** A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is an added advantage.* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.* Experience in Healthcare project (Polyclinic, Nursing Homes, Hospital etc)* Experience in Student Accommodation, Service Apartments, Hotel, Institute of Higher Learning, or project of a similar nature* Familiar with local codes and regulations* Ability to respond to technical questions* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution is an added advantage***Please submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application*** #J-18808-Ljbffr
