• Has relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-conductor, precision engineering industry
• Has basic engineering drawings and CAM Programme knowledge
• Has CNC Milling and CNC Turning experience and knowledge
• Is able to coordinate and follow up with all department: Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and QAQC Dept
• Able to process plan jobs and overtime, according to customer delivery service
• Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency
• Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
• Do ISO documents
• Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating actions
• Monitor all production parts and to ensure all of the production process following the standard procedures
• Able to problem solve and to make decision on ways to decrease cycle times and increase efficiency of setups
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with staff
• Able to work well as a team and across different department
