Loans Executive (Banking / Contract)

Our client is a local banking institution seeking a Loans Executive to join their team on a contract basis with potential renewal .

Responsibilities
  • Review and update SOPs as required.
  • Support archival and retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in UAT/LV for system and workflow enhancements.
  • Perform account closure activities, including earmarking and releasing funds for campaigns or digiVault.
  • Support the Team Manager with projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Ensure all requests and tasks are completed within service level agreements.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and tasks within specified timelines.
  • Experience in financial institutions, with deposits knowledge as an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple activities effectively.
