• Research emerging bank proposition strategies, channel proposition trends, and collaborate with internal functions and bank partners to analyze customer insights, identifying opportunities and actions.
• Lead and innovate Banca/Broker-relevant propositions, including product, underwriting, value-added services, and incentives, to enhance penetration across segments.
• Share best practices across markets.
• Support partnership performance delivery, focusing on incentives and proposition execution.
• Facilitate proposition approval internally at Prudential and at bank partner governance, engaging with Group Functions (Finance, Risk), Local Markets (PD, Product, Finance), and bank partners.
• Collaborate with team members to develop proposition-focused strategies.

• 15+ years of relevant experience; previous partnership distribution experience (e.g., bancassurance, broker) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills: Qualified Actuary preferred or with a strong quantitative background; experience in Product Development/Pricing is a plus.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good business acumen with a solid understanding of life insurance financials and products.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Team player.
