YOUR ROLE  

Equipment for Spares

• Maintain accurate records of parts information in the eWIP SpareBox system.
• Allocate and organize storage space for spare parts efficiently.
• Assign unique part IDs, generate labels, and ensure proper labeling of all items before storage.
• Uphold 5S principles and maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the storage area.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

eWIP Repair Center

• Perform daily inventory counts of faulty spare parts, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Update and maintain faulty spare parts data in the tracker and eWIP Repair system.
• Coordinate the loading, unloading, and transfer of faulty spares between the eWIP Repair Center and Internal Repair room.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts to support machine downtime and minimize production interruptions.
• Obtain and manage repair documentation, including repair reports and Certificates of Destruction.
• Liaise with internal and external repair vendors to prioritize and expedite repair work.
• Initiate purchase requests (PR) for repair services and manage related procurement processes.
• Follow up on repair quotes, collection, and return of repaired parts to ensure timely completion.
• Optimize storage space to improve operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to user repair requests and provide necessary support.
• Prepare gatepasses and shipping requisitions for overseas repairs involving external vendors.
• Manage gatepass extensions.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and good housekeeping practices.
• Experience with inventory or repair management systems (e.g., eWIP) is preferred.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
