SummitNext is a rapidly growing BPO company that started in Malaysia in 2021 and has expanded operations to the Philippines, India, and Uzbekistan. We are ambitious about scaling further and are looking for dynamic individuals to join us on this journey.

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Strategic Business Manager to support the CEO in business intelligence, project management, and company expansion initiatives. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role that requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

1. Chief of Staff Support - Act as a key advisor to the CEO, managing priorities, decision-making frameworks, and high-level company initiatives.
2. Business Intelligence & Research - Conduct market research and analysis for new business opportunities, country expansions, and industry trends.
3. Project Management - Oversee and drive key projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Strategic Initiatives - Assist in scaling SummitNexts global operations, including assessing market entry strategies for new countries.
5. Operational Efficiency - Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes, track company performance, and execute high-priority projects.
6. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Strong Educational Background - MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution (preferred).
• Experience - 2-3 years in strategy, business intelligence, consulting, or project management.
• Analytical & Research Skills - Ability to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and provide strategic insights.
• Execution & Leadership - Strong ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and influence stakeholders.
• Global Mindset - Experience working in multiple markets is an advantage.
