Manager (Digital Transformation)

What The Role Is

You will drive MINDEF/SAF digitalisation efforts in strategic planning and transformational performance management across functional domains to enhance MINDEF/SAFs digital maturity.

What You Will Be Working On

1. Explore and propose innovative digital ecosystems.
2. Accelerate agile and quality capability delivery, along with potential digital use cases that will strategically change business models, structures, and processes.
3. Research the latest digital innovations.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to explore, propose, and develop innovative solutions that provide greater value for management.
5. Plan funding to support these projects.

Challenges

2. Managing diverse stakeholder expectations.

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate planning, organisation development, innovation, project management, project delivery, or capabilities development roadmap planning (applicants with no experience may apply).
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems capabilities.
• Strong team player mindset.
• Must be proactive, analytical, and customer-oriented.

Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
