- To manage shared email mailboxes for the department/ admin team
- To collect mail from physical mailboxes and scan documents to email
- To perform World Check sanctions every morning for claims submitted in the system
- To create/ amend bank account details of clients in the system
- To assist senior admin exec for statement of account checking
- To follow up with hospitals for direct billing invoices
- To perform ad-hoc administrative tasks required by reporting manager
The Talent
- Min 2 - 3 years of admin experience will be an advantage
- Must be proficient in basic Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
