You will be responsible and oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgetary control, capital expenditure, cash management, treasury, insurance, tax and risk management, ensuring alignment with both operational and strategic business objectives.

This is an individual contributor role and position is based onsite at our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Lead financial and tax due diligence, deal negotiations, and post-investment integration for M&A and new projects in terms of finance systems and processes
  • Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction
  • Lead short term planning and annual budgeting exercises
  • Monitor the financial performance against budget and implement action plans to control costs, ensuring effective and prudent use of budgets
  • Perform revenue, costing, pricing, profitability, productivity, overheads, variance analysis
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and maintain optimal capital structure
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SFRS, statutory reporting, and tax regulations
  • Coordinate audits and implement governance standards to manage risk effectively
  • Guide management and teams on financial implications of course of actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
  • At least 8 years' experience in the finance industry with demonstrated leadership and management experience
  • A Big 4 experience in Transactions/Advisory would be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence to engage with senior management, investors and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement
