ABOUT THE JOB As a Management Consultant specialising in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, you will play a key role in helping retail and commercial insurers design and deliver datadriven transformations across business, operating model, and technology. Key Responsibilities Lead detailed analyses to guide decisionmaking processes and shape dataenabled endtoend solutions for insurance clients. Own and lead endtoend delivery of consulting engagements within retail and commercial P&C insurance, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and sustainable client impact. Structure and guide problemsolving with client and project teams, translating complex insurance and data challenges into actionable insights and recommendations. Design and deliver solutions to complex problems, demonstrating deep subjectmatter expertise across P&C products, underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, and analytics. Apply datadriven approaches (e.g. reporting, dashboards, analytics use cases, data architecture alignment) to support decisionmaking, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives. ABOUT YOU * Degree holder * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or consulting roles within nonlife / Property & Casualty insurance, or relevant technology consulting or industry roles. * Strong experience across retail and/or commercial P&C insurance, with exposure to products such as motor, property, liability, specialty, or SME/corporate lines. * Demonstrated project experience in one or more of the following areas: * Distribution and digital distribution (including data and AIled distribution transformation) * Core insurance system implementation or enhancement (policy, billing, claims) * Underwriting, pricing, claims, or insurance data & analytics initiatives * Financial or technical accounting * Operational and process transformation * Handson experience working with data, such as: * Business and management reporting, KPIs, dashboards * Data analysis to support underwriting, claims, pricing, or operations * Collaboration with data, analytics, or IT teams to translate business needs into data requirements * Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems and conceptualise pragmatic solutions. * Impeccable communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders from operational teams to senior management. - Why us: * Adaptable schedules offering full-time roles and hybrid work options * Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market * Modern and central office space with good public transport connections * Can-do mentality and one-spirit culture * Varied events and employee initiatives Job references * Qualifications (bachelor/ master diploma, etc.) with certificate of grades * Recommendation letters (optional) * Do you approach your tasks with commitment and enjoyment and are you convinced that teamwork achieves better results than working alone?
