We’re looking for a meticulous and dependable Finance Executive who enjoys keeping things organised, accurate, and under control. If spreadsheets calm your soul and reconciliation feels oddly satisfying, we should talk.
What will you do
- Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit notes when required.
- Perform accurate data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and clients professionally.
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and maintain proper records of banking transactions.
- Maintain and update financial records, filing systems, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial schedules, reports, and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in GST reporting and submission preparation where applicable.
- Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters.
- Coordinate with external parties including auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and clients when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department when needed.
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.
What we look for
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to manage timelines independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
Bonus points if you
- Have prior experience in an advertising, creative, or media agency environment.
- Understand project-based billing and vendor management.
- Can keep calm during month-end chaos.
