The Deputy Director/Senior Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) is responsible for leading and driving a high-performing sales team to acquire, manage, and grow corporate accounts. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding the organization’s footprint within the corporate segment. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven ability to deliver results in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of corporate sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline discussions, and coaching sessions
  • Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

2. Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate key corporate accounts and industry segments
  • Drive account-based selling approaches to grow strategic clients
  • Identify market opportunities and position solutions effectively to meet client needs

3. Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee team pipeline, ensuring strong lead generation, conversion, and deal closure
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and revenue tracking
  • Proactively identify gaps and implement recovery plans to meet targets

4. Key Account Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations
  • Support team members in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyse team performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management
  • Leverage data to continuously improve sales effectiveness

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to enhance offerings and competitiveness

Key Requirements

  • Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred)
  • Proven track record in corporate/B2B sales, with at least 5–8 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong experience in managing corporate accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
