Job Description:

• Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers
• Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
• Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts
• Attend surveys to determine more complex needs
• Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.
• Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation
• Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers
• Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
• 3 years of experience in security system would be an advantage. No prior sales experience is required if he/she has security technology knowledge
• Mature and meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
• Familiar with ERP / CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• On the job training will be provided
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected
• Typically 80% indoor, 20% outdoor
