Job Summary

Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable skincare products. Maintain product knowledge, support store operations, and assist with promotions and floor supervision in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalised service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare products confidently
• Respond to customer questions and feedback with professionalism and empathy
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and usage
• Monitor beauty trends and new product launches to inform customer recommendations
• Replenish stock and perform regular stock counts to ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and tester standards to uphold store presentation
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS system use
• Arrange product displays following visual merchandising guidelines to attract customers
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive sales
• Assist with basic floor supervision and assume floor lead responsibilities when required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in beauty trends and social media or content creation is an advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidates new to retail are welcome; training will be provided

• Full-time position with a 5-day work week
• Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore, including existing Work Permit holders, subject to MOM requirements and work pass eligibility
