Senior TCM Physician, Perennial Living at MyCareersFuture

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the TCM Practice, formulate strategy and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated holistic care.
• Assess patients' health conditions, develop individualized care plans and provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions and tuina therapy.
• Enhance TCM standards and work closely with Clinical Ops to manage the day-to-day operations TCM principles.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in TCM practices and research in China, Singapore and other relevant countries.
• Support clinic activities, including health talks and community outreach programs.
• Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirement.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (with Masters and PHD preferred) and registered with Singapore TCM Board.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual is essential to support effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
