Responsibilities:-

  • Partner with Client Coverage team to manage, acquire and grow specialised finance relationship
  • Provide leadership in credit structuring, deal origination and portfolio management, ensuring prudent risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Partner with overseas branches and regional business units to support cross-border business opportunities and regional connectivity initiatives
  • Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and risks
  • Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements and business transformation efforts to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes.

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder with at least 10–15 years of relevant corporate banking or commercial banking experience, including proven leadership experience managing client coverage teams
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including credit, transaction banking, trade finance, treasury and structured financing solutions
  • Demonstrated track record in relationship management, business development and portfolio growth within regional or specialized industry segments
  • Strong credit evaluation, risk management and deal structuring capabilities
  • Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and capable of operating effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
