A major bank in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technology delivery within Wealth Management. This role will shape platform strategy and investment journeys for millions of customers, driving innovation and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deliver enterprise‑grade full‑stack solutions (Funds, Bonds, Equities, FX, Digital Assets).
• Lead multiple engineering squads, setting direction and fostering excellence.
• Champion micro‑services, micro‑frontends, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud‑native platforms (OpenShift or similar).
• Integrate AI‑driven coding tools and emerging tech to boost productivity.
• Advise senior stakeholders, influencing strategic roadmaps and digital transformation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building large‑scale platforms with Java, ReactJS, Python.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, scalable architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Strong leadership background, able to inspire and manage multiple squads.
• Strategic thinker with expertise across investment products or advisory domains.
• Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
