Role Description • Full-time on-site role based in Singapore • Lead/co-lead a team of technicians/general workers to upkeep quality service standards • Plan job scheduling to ensure timely delivery • Coordinate with clients on job execution • Conduct assessments, address, follow through and resolve technical-related issues • Keeping abreast and ensure compliance with statutory regulations • Ensure proper documentation for record keeping • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently • Troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and liaising with stakeholders to meet project goals.
