You will lead the end-to-end strategy, implementation, growth, and operations of NTUC LearningHub's Career Mentoring Programme. This includes managing the CAAS sector-wide mentoring initiative across 10 participating companies, driving mentor and mentee acquisition, overseeing programme performance and stakeholder engagement, operating the mentoring platform, and developing new enterprise partnerships to expand the Career Mentoring Programme across multiple industries.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful programme delivery, measurable participant outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth for the mentoring portfolio

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Design & Delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of mentoring programmes across 10 participating companies within the CAAS ecosystem and future enterprise partners
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of mentoring programmes across multiple enterprise clients.
- Develop mentoring programme playbooks, SOPs, toolkits, governance guidelines, and participant engagement frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D teams, mentors, mentees, unions, and sector agencies.
- Monitor programme performance against defined KPIs including participation, engagement, completion, retention, satisfaction, and progression outcomes.
Mentor & Mentee Management
- Develop and execute mentor and mentee recruitment strategies
- Manage mentor onboarding, training, matching, re-matching, engagement, and recognition activities
- Monitor mentor and mentee experiences and implement interventions to improve engagement and programme completion rates.
Platform Operations & Reporting
- Translate business requirements into platform configurations and operational workflows
- Monitor platform utilisation and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and programme outcomes.
- Produce programme dashboards, quarterly reviews, annual reports, and impact assessments for stakeholders.
Business Development & Partnership Growth
- Develop and grow the Career Mentoring Programme beyond the CAAS ecosystem.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities across key sectors including Aviation, Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Logistics, Professional Services, and NTUC-affiliated organisations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve programme enrolment, partnership, and revenue targets.
- Conduct client discovery sessions and develop mentoring programme proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant work experience, with Programme Management, Learning & Development, Customer Success or Business Development.
- Proven experience managing enterprise programmes and multiple stakeholders simultanteously.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive programme adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to derive actionable insights from programme data.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development and partnership-building capabibilities.
- Experience with digital platforms, mentoring platforms, or learner engagement tools is a plus.
