Armstrong is seeking a highly resourceful and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is key to maximizing the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities, engagements, and communications with precision and professionalism. You will oversee progress on CEO-led initiatives and serve as a liaison with senior stakeholders across the Group to ensure alignment, timely execution, and clear communication.
Operating in a fast-paced industrial and manufacturing environment, the Executive Assistant will act as a trusted advisor, managing critical communications, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring alignment between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners throughout Asia and beyond.
This role provides close exposure to the CEO and senior leadership, supporting them in daily priorities and ensuring smooth execution of business activities. You will gain firsthand experience in how decisions are shaped and implemented, while developing strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. This position is ideal for someone highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support & Calendar Management: Support the CEO to prioritize and align calendar commitments with strategic objectives. Manage high-level communications and engagements with discretion and efficiency. This role focuses on both strategic coordination and decision support as well as routine scheduling of CEO’s calendar.
- Cross-Functional Initiative Management: Coordinates key CEO projects across Overseas Business Units (OBUs) and functions, ensuring adherence to timelines for CEO-led initiatives.
- Decision Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key decisions and projects initiated by the CEO. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to CEO to ensure accountability and progress by respective functional / OBU leaders.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Develop high-impact briefings, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings, including customer visits, and strategic reviews. Ensure timely follow-up and execution of action items.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Travel alongside the CEO on regional and international business trips. Provide strategic support during meetings and events, ensuring logistics run smoothly and the CEO’s participation is effective and impactful.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, customers, and government officials
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, operations, or senior-level relationship management.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholder engagements across diverse cultural contexts.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed to support the CEO.
- Expertise in coordinating executive travel, logistics, and dynamic priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a regionally diverse, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
