The role will serve as the subject matter expert in Data Analytics and AI/ML, including Generative AI (GenAI).

• Implement automated solutions using Python to streamline data collection, transformation, and aggregation for reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards with tools like Power BI to support a data-driven Financial Crime Compliance organization.
• Collaborate with the Bank Data Hub to develop reporting use cases and data analysis.
• Work with IT to integrate AI models and analytics solutions into compliance platforms.
• Act as Data & Analytics Steward, guiding Compliance SMEs in leveraging data and AI for decision-making and enhancing financial crime compliance.
• Experiment with Generative AI to improve risk efficiency and effectiveness.
