Customer Service Executive

Location: Dhoby Ghaut

Working Hours: 10AM – 7PM

6 Off Days Per Month

Beauty Industry

If you enjoy communicating with people, love the beauty industry, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you on our team.

Job Scope

• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Arrange customer appointments and treatment schedules
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Follow up on customer enquiries and after-sales support
• Coordinate with beauticians and internal teams
• Update and maintain customer records

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, cheerful, and responsible
• Enjoys communicating with customers
• Customer service experience is a bonus (training provided for beginners)
• Interested in the beauty industry
• Familiar with basic computer and WhatsApp usage
• Comfortable working environment
• Young and friendly team
