• Duties and Responsibilities:•    Prepare and serve quality food products by following strictly the preparations•    Cooking and presentation recipes and specifications•    Control cost by minimising spoilages, wastage and portion control•    Ensure workplace safety and hygiene•    Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment e.g. refrigerators, utensils, ovens•    Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.
